Steve joined the firm in 1981. Steve is a native of Duluth and attended Gustavus Adolphus College where he graduated cum laude with a degree in economics. He went on to graduate from William Mitchell College of Law.

Steve graduated from the College of St. Scholastica cum laude in 1996 with a degree in History. Steve also graduated from Creighton University cum laude with a Juris Doctorate degree in 1999. Steve is licensed to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Before joining the firm, Nate practiced for 3 years in Washington, D.C. focusing on Trial & Litigation matters.  He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Superior in 2000 with a History degree.  Nate played collegiate hockey and soccer at UWS. He attended law school at the University of Nebraska College of Law, in Lincoln, NE, earning the degree of Juris Doctorate in 2004. While in law school, Nate clerked for Maki, Ledin, Bick & Olson.

Suzanne graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a degree in Business Administration.  She obtained her law degree at Marquette University.  She is licensed to practice in both Wisconsin and Minnesota.  She is a member of the Douglas County Bar Association.

Micah joined the firm in 2023 after graduating from New England Law | Boston.  He graduated cum laude from Carthage College in 2017 with a degree in political science. Micah was born and raised in southwestern Wisconsin.
